FAQs
Q: Why doesn’t the grip trainer respond when I try to control the game?
If the grip trainer does not respond in the game, please check the following steps:
1. Check whether the grip trainer has enough battery.
When the grip trainer is turned on, check the transparent window at the bottom of the handle. Normally, you should be able to see red and blue lights.
If you do not see any light, the grip trainer may be out of battery. Please charge it first.
While charging, a green light will flash in the transparent window. When the green light stops flashing, the grip trainer is fully charged.
2. Make sure the Bluetooth connection is successful.
If the grip trainer is powered on but still cannot control the game, please check whether it is properly connected to the app via Bluetooth.
You can also try closing the app and turning off the grip trainer, then opening both again and reconnecting.
3. Make sure you are pressing the correct sensing area.
The pressure sensing area is located in the center of the silicone part of the handle. When using the grip trainer, please make sure your fingers or palm press the middle of the handle, not only the upper, lower, or side edges.
For the best response, hold the grip trainer naturally and squeeze the center of the handle firmly and evenly.
If the issue continues, please record a short video showing the connection status and how you are using the grip trainer, then send it to our customer support team. We’ll help you check it as soon as possible.
Q: Who is the grip trainer suitable for?
The grip trainer is suitable for a wide range of users and different fitness levels.
Some games are controlled by tilting the grip trainer, which requires very little strength, so they are easy and fun for kids and beginners to play. Other games use squeeze control, which is better for adults or users who want more hand-strength training.
The grip resistance is adjustable from 5–60 kg, making it suitable for people with different strength levels. Whether you want to play casually, relieve stress, stay active, or train your hands, fingers, and forearms, the grip trainer can fit your needs.
For children, we recommend using it under adult supervision and starting with lighter resistance.
